This May our students will get to participate in a stage performance opportunity! Performing is an important aspect of music education. It motivates students and builds their confidence by letting them shine. We are thrilled to be able to bring them this opportunity.

While our Winter Showcase is a bit more casual, the Spring Recital is a bit more “formal.” The students should dress nicely and be ready to shine. The recital will be held at Velocity Church, 3300 Church Road. It is only a few miles from the studio.

Here are all the details you need:

• • Recitals are Monday, May 19th and Tuesday, May 20th, at 5pm and 7pm each day. Pick the time that works for your family! However, Singing Club should all sign up for Monday, May 19th at 7pm, and Group Ukulele should sign up for Tuesday, May 20th at 5pm so that you can perform with your group.
  • Performing in this recital will be all private lesson students, all levels of Piano Players classes, Singing Club, and the Ukulele Group.
  • There will be no lessons or classes the week of May 19th-23rd; the recital is in place of classes/lessons
  • Sign-ups must be complete by May 12th.
  • Not all teachers will be present at each recital; teacher attendance is listed on the sign-up
  • You only need to sign up your student, not your guests.
  • A $40 recital fee will be charged on May 1st.
